We arrived into downtown Buffalo transit station at 8.20am and got straight onto the bus to Niagara Falls. The bus driver was a legend! She found out where we were staying and dropped us off right outside despite there not being a bus stop there. We abandoned luggage and set off in search of the falls.
At 3pm we checked into the hotel. We had been so nervous after seeing some trip advisor reviews but it certainly exceeded our expectations. We freshened up and, more importantly, changed our shoes!! We headed back to the falls and to the Maid in the Mist experience. Wow! Neither of us could say anything but 'wow' on the boat. It was an experience that I would recommend to everyone but can barely explain. The Falls deserve their title as a wonder of the world.
We went for a lovely meal at the Red Coach Inn and the service was incredible
We decided an early night was needed and so pjs on, make up off and we're currently gorming out at America's Got Talent on TV. Today was the best kind of lazy day and the one I will never forget. Lots of love xxxx
